Thanks to our 20 years experience in the wind energy sector and to extensive skills in the maintenance of complex electromechanical systems, also thanks to privileged partnerships with first-rank subsystem manufacturers (Mita-Teknik, ABB, FAG, Etc.), Drekan offers a range of wind turbines from 450 to 2300 kw completely refurbished and benefiting from a 2 year warranty. These machines use as a basis for reconstruction the wind turbines of the Danish manufacturer AN Bonus / Siemens, installed at thousands of copies around the world and having largely proven their reliability.

The main work carried out systematically on our machines are:

• Sandblasting, painting of all metal structures after non-destructive testing (welding control, drying, etc.) ;
• Refurbishment of all electrical panels with ABB equipments ;
• Upgrade of the command control system with integration of new Mita-Teknik technology ;
• Complete refit of generator & gearbox ;
• New replacement of low voltage AC motors in ABB (cooling fans motors, hydraulic units, etc.) ;
• Complete refit of hydraulic systems (brakes, tip-brake, etc.) ;
• Complete inspection and possible repair of the blades ;

The use of a reconditioned machine, in addition to its reduced cost, is part of a circular economy approach and contributes to the protection of our planet.
